A card code can’t be unsent

Once you share a gift card code or a photo of the back, whoever holds it can spend it. That is true of every buyer in this business, and it is true of us.

So the order matters more than the promises. You get the price first. You accept it. Only then does the card leave your hands. If the number is not right, you close the chat and you have lost nothing.

Any buyer who wants the code before they will tell you a price is asking you to take all of the risk. You do not have to.

Before you trade a card

Six habits that protect the value of a card. None of them are about us — they are worth doing whoever you sell to.

Photograph it before you scratch

Take a clear shot of the front and the back while the panel is still intact. If the code is damaged later, that photo is often the only way it can still be traced.

Scratch with a coin edge, lightly

Most unreadable codes are not printing faults — they are scratched too hard. Work slowly along the panel rather than pressing into it.

Keep the purchase receipt

If you bought the card yourself, keep the receipt. It is the only document that shows the card was legitimately yours if a balance is ever queried.

Do not guess missing digits

A wrong guess can lock a card. If digits are unreadable, send the photo and say how many are missing — that is a solvable problem, a locked card often is not.

Say whether it is physical or an e-code

The two are checked differently and priced differently. Telling us up front saves a round trip and gets you a firm number faster.

Never send a code to get a price

Any buyer who needs the code before they will quote you is asking you to carry the entire risk of the trade. That is not how it has to work.

How do I find out your price?

Message us on WhatsApp with the brand, the face value and the country of purchase. We reply with a price in that chat. We do not publish prices on this site because they move.

Do I have to send the card to get a price?

No. The price comes first, always. You only send the card after you have accepted the number.

How can I redeem a mistakenly scratched gift card?

Send us a clear photo anyway. Depending on the brand and how many digits are missing, the card can often still be verified. We cannot promise it every time, and we will tell you straight away if it cannot be done.

Do I need an account?

What if my card has already been used?

Tell us before you send it. A card with no balance left has nothing to buy, and finding that out after you have sent the code helps neither of us.
